Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Service.

1. Application

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all use of the permanent makeup studio "N&Beauty" ("the Service") operated by KATSUMI COMPANY LIMITED ("we" / "us"), including use of the website and all messaging channels (LINE, WhatsApp, phone, etc.).

2. Bookings & Contact

Bookings and inquiries are accepted via the LINE Official Account, WhatsApp, phone, and other channels. A booking is established once the studio has confirmed the details and sent a booking confirmation to you.

3. Counseling & Treatment

The Service determines design and treatment content through a prior counseling session before any procedure is performed. Results vary by individual and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Cancellation & Changes

Specific details regarding cancellations and changes — including the acceptance period, any applicable cancellation fees, and related procedures — are provided separately at the time of booking. Please avoid no-show cancellations.

5. Prohibited Acts

The following acts are prohibited when using the Service:

  • Any act that interferes with or disrupts the Service;
  • Providing false or misleading information;
  • Any act that violates applicable laws or public order and morality; and
  • Any act that infringes upon the rights of third parties.

6. Disclaimer

We are not liable for outcomes arising from a client's failure to follow pre-treatment precautions or aftercare instructions provided by the studio. We reserve the right to decline treatment based on health conditions or other circumstances that we reasonably determine make treatment inadvisable.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the content on this website and within the studio — including photographs, text, and design — belong to us or to the respective rightful owners. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

8. Revisions

We may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect from the date they are posted on this website.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The courts of Thailand shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
