They explained everything carefully — that PMU is not permanent, and they even design with future changes of the face in mind. A brand-new blade is opened in front of you every time, and anesthetic is topped up whenever needed, so I could fully relax. They also provide a Safety Data Sheet, which is reassuring in case I ever need an MRI.

Most clients describe it as mild discomfort rather than pain — a light scratching sensation. We use numbing throughout to keep you comfortable. Brows and eyeliner are very manageable; lips can feel slightly more sensitive but are still well tolerated.
Typically 1–3 years depending on your skin type, lifestyle, sun exposure, and the technique. Oily skin and sun fade pigment faster. Most clients return every two years for a refresh — which is exactly what our pricing is built around.
Absolutely — we work with travelers all the time. Message us before you arrive so we can do the design consultation in advance. Travelers also get our healing guarantee extended to three months.
